• Optional integrations: Meta ad account IDs, page IDs, campaign upload logs

2. Purpose of processing

• User authentication, account security, and support handling
• Image generation/storage/download and project history services
• Credit deduction and settlement records, abuse prevention
• Meta ad upload actions explicitly requested by users

3. Retention and deletion

• Principle: delete without delay once purpose is fulfilled
• Account/project data: deleted on user request or account termination
• Legally required data: retained for statutory periods then deleted

4. Processors and overseas transfer

• Supabase Inc. (US): authentication, database, storage
• Vercel Inc. (US): app hosting and deployment
• Google LLC (US): image/text generation model processing
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (US): ad upload actions explicitly triggered by users

5. User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, and processing suspension at any time via support@makedoc.studio. Requests are processed after identity verification.
